Subscription Cancellation Policy

Pawfect Pawtions subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed by using your customer account or emailing info@pawfectpawtions.com. Please submit requests at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Once an order has been charged, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded because our products are consumable and may be perishable.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only and does not cancel an order that has already been processed. There are no cancellation fees.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
